One year ago at CES 2022 I had the honor of meeting Dani Hansen in the Hydrow booth. She walked me through the rowing experience and gave me the chance to take a few strokes on the Hydrow.
I was then sent an evaluation model to try out and have been a subscriber now for almost a year, just about ready to pass 500,000 meters. It took about a month of rowing for me to appreciate the benefits of rowing with an increase in my muscle size and definition, along with improved cardio and some weight loss. I’m a believer in the benefits of rowing.
Hydrow just recently launched an added element to the Hydrow experience, at no additional cost for subscribers. Circuit Training is now a part of the Hydrow lineup of exercises that also includes yoga, Pilates, bodyweight strength, and stretching. When I first recorded the video during launch week there were three available Circuit Training workouts.
Checking the Hydrow today, there are now 12 available options. Each of the Circuit Training workouts is 20 minutes in length with Rina Thomas and Peter Donohoe serving as the trainers for this new program.
Unlike some of the other bodyweight exercises that were previously available on the Hydrow, Circuit Training includes rowing on the Hydrow as part of the routine so you can mix up the session with rowing and exercises.
